COMMISSIONS

In addition to commissions for individual paintings,
I also do installations – images made specifically
to suit a particular space. They can be
themed or otherwise.

Here’s an installation of 8 paintings designed for the X-Academy School of Performing Arts on the theme of dance.

You can have a picture in a particular style – contemporary, for instance, as with the eyes portrait or the Morning in the Dance Studio painting above, or a retro feel – such as the impressionistic style of ‘The Little Dancers’. You can have lettering and gold leaf as a part of the design too, if you wish.

► ‘Mob’s Mob’, 70x90cm,
oil on canvas. Here’s an example of a novelty-type painting where real life goes to the movies.

Here are some ideas you might like to choose from...

Individual or group portraits – family or corporate (retirement, for instance)

Favourite views — such as rural landscapes, cityscapes or town scenes (high streets and markets, for instance)

Exteriors — houses and gardens

Interiors (with still lives, for example)

Favourite movie scenes
Why not give a friend or family member a cameo (or even a starring) role in their favourite film? How about making them a guest in a Sicilian wedding scene from an infamous mafia trilogy, or putting them behind the wheel of a ‘Highland Green’ Ford Mustang in a car chase from a cool Sixties cop movie set on the streets of San Francisco a la ‘Bullitt’?! Or what about a more romantic scene from ‘Brief Encounter’ or ‘Casablanca’, or something more futuristic such as ‘Star Wars’ or ‘Bladerunner’?

I believe that good fine art ought to be within everyone’s reach.

If you tell me what you’d like, I’ll try to suggest a way of doing it
at a price you can afford.
